Speak to a Veteran

When you call our toll free number, you are sent to the next available veteran advocate. Each advocate is a Military Veteran. He or she will help you find the right resources to begin filing your claim, and will attempt to answer your questions about your specific case. Remember, we are not a law firm, and our advice is simply that, advice. Each case is different, and we work to understand your case carefully. In some cases, the advocate will refer you to another advocate who has experience in your type of claim. The veteran advocate that you are assigned to will have his or her own 800 number that will allow you to call them directly. We accept calls M-F 0900-1700 and Sat. 1000-1400 EST. Sundays we do not accept calls. If you have signed up with an advocate, and if you need to speak to an advocate on a Sunday, refer to the email that you were sent with the "Weekend Advocate Coverage" phone number. This covering advocate will attempt to help you if you have already been assigned an advocate, but will not do any new intakes.
